Wen Can is pushed off a mountainside by a masked attacker, and Lu Jiang Lai risks his life to save him, earning Rong Shan Bao’s deep trust. Rong personally tends Lu’s wounds and returns his jade ring, triggering the return of his memories. Lu’s loyalty and competence set him apart as a key figure beside Rong.

LBJ gets promoted to Steward and is given a servant of his own as he has impressed RSB with his courageous and steadfast efforts to keep Cousin Wen safe. Others in the household are starting to notice the special attention that RSB gives LJL. There’s a confrontation between LJL and Grandma Rong’s head servant—who will Rong Shanbao back in this confrontation? LJL has a memory flash and remembers killing the constable, but has no other context for the incident which makes him worried about true identity.

So far this is my favourite episode. It's so interesting to learn the basic steps of producing the best quality tea. From plucking the right tea leaves, to adjusting the appropriate temperature to fry the leaves, every step is crucial. The drama gave us a sneak peek of the process with added cinematic qualities and effects, which brought life to our watching experience. Loved it~✨
