A Roman based on Hashima Island History
A historical fiction romam set on Hashima Island, told in a Titanic-esque narrative. The seamless blend of past and present, coupled with well-balanced storytelling, captivated me. The world-building of island life is meticulously crafted.What stands out most is the exquisite characterization and interwoven storylines. Subtle romantic undertones amidst life's struggles are a delight.
Tao Tsuchiya delivers her best performance as Yuriko. Kamiki Ryunosuke proves himself as one of Japan's finest actors in his generation, masterfully portraying dual roles with distinct mannerisms.
Akiko Nogi showcases exceptional storytelling, weaving romance and crafting compelling characters

Memories
Such an engaging plot for me as I watced it in a go. Recommended by my japanese friend so I can really feel how the native watch this series.I don't really know if I've not been recommended will I watch this show or not but it definitely leave a spark for me as the viewer.
With a lot of good actors so the acting is top notch, and the cinematography is very pretty too. If you wanna waste your time, I'll recommend you watching this.
