Both have similar vibes with the storyline of Ji Sung is trying to find justice for his lost lover/wife. Both are fantastic and if you like one you would like the other.

Women who take the blame for their boyfriends, end up in prison being falsely accused and also pregnant. They give birth and bring up their sons in prison.

- female lead in both are pitiful, poor and stoop very low to appeal to the rich at some point

Sorry is an intense revenge melodrama with a touching love story. So Ji Sub is a handsome romantic, as is Ji Sung in Secret.

I watched secret first and it's one of my favorite revenge dramas, but I have never seen such a blood boiling drama in all my life as QOA.

Same desperate of love. Male lead is between two female leads, also if he doesn't have a choice. But the most important is that he hates her first but not later. Both male leads are toxic and I like it because I can understand their circumstances. Both femal leads are loyal and nice.

Both the main leads have been in jail because of their boyfriends, and both have to face the prejudice of society to ex-convicts later on.

This is probably the only drama that I can think of that has similar vibes. They aren't very similar..but Secret is probably one of the best "enemies to lovers/ revenge love" dramas that I have ever watched.

In both dramas, the main leads go into tough time to get what they wanted and ended up falling in love with each other. They both are really sad and are good dramas.
