1) couldn't find a single pillow, I really need them for my upcoming OFDO Finale Party.
2) you sell wine glasses in all possible colours except lilac! outrageous!
3) turns out your employees are a bunch of swedish-speaking black cats, so they were of no help whatsoever
4) you have only 1 bathroom stall and it was occupied by 2 tall blokes for half an hour!
