"Bloom in the Shadows" refers to the heroine`s return and kind of symbolic "rebirth" into a vengeance filled goddess from hellfire, having a plan to take back everything that belongs to her from her psychopathic adopted sister. I mean we have casinos here and our very cold and hot casino owner who is the husband (in name only) to her adopted sister and the schemes she fulfills to seduce him was OH MY FREAKING GOD SO SEXY!!!THE SEXUAL TENSION WAS BURNING MY COMPUTER DOWN! I love the way our Male Hero could not resist his heroine, knowing she has her own agenda...but letting himself get lured into her web of love and passion. Ah the intensity! Revenge tale that tasted like dark chocolate - noir, sexy & indulgent
It has been awhile since I last watched Zeng Hui drama. This drama was highly talked about on MDL so I watched it last weekend.What I liked:
1. Romance - FL seduced ML at every chance she got and damn those seduction scenes were sexy as hell. Their intimate scenes were blazing hot!
2. Acting - Great acting by Han Yu Tong, Zeng Hui & actress who played the antagonist. Zeng Hui with pierced ear is devilishly handsome.
3. Revenge - A carefully planned one.
4. Ending - So sweet!
What I disliked:
1. Change of look - FL changed her looks through cosmetic surgery but I didn't see any difference between before and after looks. She should have worn a different hairstyle & thick glasses before or used a different actress.
2. Duration - I wish this drama was longer. I would love to see FL struggling with her changing feelings for ML and ML's kid.

A bit steamier than most C-dramas
Watched on iqiyi under the title "Fall Twice in love." Reminded me a bit of the K-drama Eve but with a more satisfying ending.Was this review helpful to you?

Sultry drama
Zeng Hui-Han Yutong tandem is match made heaven!!And i wanted to said this is their best short drama film for a while. Their Sexual Tension is *chef kiss* raw and wild. The chemistry is really burning like active charcoal even better more than mainstream CP.
SFL are doing great job by portraying her frustration and insecure. The revenge was perfectly neat and not being forced or too fast like another revenge drama. I slightly annoyed by how FL face-off are slightly same at least change her hairstyle. Too bad they didn't show how FL develops with her daughter and ML interaction with his daughter.
Rewatch is a must since it was *chef kiss* sexy short drama.

Fantastic
Actually I'm not giving this drama a 10/10 cause I'm a fan of these couple but because the acting was on point for me i don't really know about others who are or who will watch it... But i must say i really enjoyed the movie from ep 1 to 15... Zeng hui and han yu tong are really doing so well...i literally love they both portray their roles so well...han yu tong looking graceful and beautiful in those outfits..love how she played the role of the lady from hell with a vengeful soul and zeng hui playing the role of a dangerous boss is just😩....not exaggerating tho but he was so hot and cool...i highly recommend this drama 😌Anticipating the next 15 episode tomorrow let's see how it goes🤭🤗Was this review helpful to you?

Hot & Spicy
Of all the short dramas I'm watching in IQiyi, this one was one of the good ones. Some shortdramas are so predictable and most are just frustrations. I was unwilling to watch it at fist since got pregnant-stolen identity-revenge is a common plot, most of them just frustrated me since the villain keep winning and the FL keeps getting bullied and being a damsel i distress always waiting for the ML's rescue. I watch this despite of that because the cover look so pretty, their chemistry is top notch. BUT THIS ONE WAS A SURPRISE! Our Fl is smart, the villain never wins against her. She's ahead of everyone, They all fall in the palm of her hands. She's so calculating it's amazing. She gives me the most satisfying revenge. Everyone was just a tool for her to use, specially the ML. And she knows what she's doing like damn she's so cool.The chemistry of the cast was so good. He never loved his wife, just married her to take responsibility for his child but despite that she resisted falling for FL but it was all useless as he still fall for her hard (She was supposed to be his wife in the 1st place). The scenes it just soo hot you should never watch it on a large screen TV with your family .
