Nagi Diary

Yoriko spends her days carving sculptures by herself using wood cut from the nearby mountains. One day, Yuri, who has been active as an architect in both Tokyo and Taiwan, takes a few days off and visits Yoriko, the older sister of her ex-husband. Life in “Nagi” is calm in a way that cannot be found in the city. Yoriko’s childhood friend Yoshihiro, who lost his wife, as well as Yoshihiro’s son Haruki and Haruki’s close friend Keita; encounters with these people begin to bring small ripples into everyday life. Eventually, while serving each night as the model for Yoriko’s sculptures, Yuri comes into contact with a hidden loss that Yoriko carries, and a change also begins to occur within Yuri.
