Konan, a charming town located in Aichi Prefecture, is where Hachisuka Subaru works as a reliable handyman with his mother and father. One day, while Subaru is helping with a promotional event by handing out balloons, he witnesses a purse snatching! He saves the food-loving influencer, Ohara Misuzu, from having her bag stolen.
