Sweet Substitute Bride: Pampered by the Paranoid CEO

Both dramas have short episodes, about 2 minutes in duration. The stories are basically copies of each other. The female lead is forced to marry the male lead as a replacement bride for her sister. The male lead is in a wheelchair and wears a mask.

Since they are virtually the same, there are similar scenes/scenarios, such as the male lead's brother trying to seduce the female lead, the male lead's doctor having a crush on him, the female lead's sister trying to win over the male lead, the male lead trying to walk again, and more.

She is forced to marry a rich eldest son of a family due to circumstances of her evil sister, but the groom turns out to be a great match in disguise.
