Yes I get what you're saying but don't forget Qin isn't Duang. What you just suggested is what DUANG will do, knowing Qin he would have been blunt. And he was. Yes, it was harsh but it was also in character and needed. Who knows what Duang would have done if Qin entertained him for even a little while? He was angry not because of the gift but the fact that he had no money left to eat after buying it. I would be pissed at my partner too if they did that. Well yeah, being nicer to Duang would have been great but I think he was just really mad. He knew the price of the camera and he knew Duang's financial situation so his anger might have gotten the best of him.
