After Severing Ties, My Uncle Spoils Me Very Much (2024) is a rebirth romance miniseries with male lead Wang Nan in the main role as Pei Sinian and female lead Mao Xiang Lin/Shu Han in the main role as Shen Nian. Although the drama is nice, it is more about Shen Nian and her mistreatment at the hands of her biological family which chose to save the adopted conniving daughter after she set the warehouse on fire where Nian lost her life even though Pei Sinian tried to save her. After rebirth, she leaves her family and goes back to Pei Sinian who took her from the orphanage and raised her. This version is good in the sense that, at the end. she chose not to forgive and be a part of her biological family and stayed with Pei Sinian and their love story developed.
