Their mother lives alone on a remote island, while her four children lead separate lives elsewhere. For her birthday, they return home and discover that she is suffering from dementia, but none of them is willing to take responsibility for caring for her. Tensions rise as the siblings argue, unable to reach a decision. Two months pass without any of them contacting their mother. Not a chance I'd watch this again! I personally changed the description because they forget to tell us this was HORROR!! But overall, I made it through. It is a different story. But I was happy to see Yoo Oh Sung. Has the middle son Han, the troublesome son, he acted well. The other actors playing the other brothers, I was not familiar with them at all. Overall, it was decent but beware, this is scary (at times) but the ending is sweet.
