Nojima works on set as an assistant director, neglecting his family and dreaming of becoming a film director one day. His next job is to adapt the autobiographical novel of Arisa, who grew up poor and became a young carer, but managed to achieve success. However, as he listens to the stories of those around Arisa, a suspicion emerges that is far from the beautiful story written in the novel.
