Tonari no Trans Shojo-chan (2026)

Yuta (13), a second-year junior high school student, lives with his single mother (45). One day, a woman calling herself Yuka (23) suddenly appears before Yuta. Yuka is Yuta himself, from 10 years in the future, who, after many hardships, underwent gender reassignment surgery to become what he is now. Yuka confronts Yuta, who is confused by this unexpected turn of events, and urges him to begin feminization treatment as soon as possible before he becomes an adult.
