The leads are compelling

Though this story have been retold over and over with many actors and actress there is something about these two leads that makes you want to rewatch for the fun of it. His boyish charms and smile and her pouty face and overall demeanor makes them compelling on the screen together. Like very real chemistry in all the scenes. Overall I say it's my favorite retelling of this plot. We all need a Gu Haio yu in our lives.
