From the same production team. A short BL filmed overseas. Mediocre script but the chemistry between leads are great and good kisses as well. Binge-watchable in one sitting with short runtime.

Both Chinese shows are pretty unhinged with unhinged mains, where one is (self)destructive. And kind of play with the honorific Ge Ge / brother kink.

Both are Chinese shows with a darker concept and themes. There are also character similarities between Trapped in Osaka's Hao Yu and Revenged Love's Suo Wei as they both deny their sexualities and experience confusion in relation to their identities. Heartbreak also plays a major role in both shows; the characters are motivated to take plot-advancing actions due to a past heartbreak (either a breakup or death of a partner).

Both are darker romances between two men with traumatic pasts

Both feature sudden cohabitation, where one refuses to leave the other's home, leading to them living together and getting closer

Both have a main character who is very depressed at the beginning but slowly regains the will to live after meeting the love interest
