In Married Woman Killer, it is the wife who has trhe secret life as a killer. In Flower of Evil, the wife is a cop and now has the job to investigate the secret life of her husband who she does not know has this secret life. In Married Woman Killer, the husband is a reporter and is given the job to investigate this killer who is his wife who has this secret life/job that he does not know about.
