Both dramas are romances centered around the love of fashion and experiencing personal transformation. The MLs in both dramas are fashion design students with a keen eye for style. Each drama also has lead characters who possess duality. In Cinderella’s Closet, Hikaru is a gender fluid male who often wears women’s clothing and is gifted at hair and makeup. People who know him don’t recognize him when he dresses the opposite of what they normally see him as. In Punks Triangle, Ai is a handsome supermodel known for his punk style, but off-hours he’s a casual and clumsy fashion design student who no one recognizes due to his short wig and bucket hat. In these dramas, you’ll witness how much a wig supposedly changes an entire person’s face so much that no knows it’s them!

If you like Hikaru's character and find Matsumoto Leo beautiful in female attire, you should check Jun Shison acting as Ogawa Miki in Joshi-teki Seikatsu (https://kisskh.at/26209-life-as-a-girl)... although he acts as a transgender there, not as a crossdresser.

Coming in 2018 this was such a powerful story, amazingly acted and beautifully portrayed - it's short and fun, witty and interesting, with memorable characters that defy the "laws of whait is normal" and the concept that everyone blooms in its own spring.

Both feature the the female lead learning to both improve their style and their confidence/self esteem.
