Not my cup of tea.
I am not trying to being pick me or anything but i don't enjoy this version like other people did. Li Ruoxun was acting fine but i feel he don't suit republican drama but his acting is better than Gang Tie Rou Rou. The chemistry between him and Lin Qiunai was average compare to previous drama. Both are better on ancient drama. For FL, i still preferred Long Xi and Chen Linmiao version. SML aka Zhou Lingfeng is excellent, perfectly capturing the madman and yandere aspects, and his presence is felt throughout the entire series. For me it was the best SML for this version and i just stay for him only.Plot was quite more better and clean than the first version but somehow it lack the soul of the leads. Maybe you can enjoy this drama, but for me i don't really enjoy this version no matter how good SML acting were. Wont rewatch.
