loveable couple
I watched this a long time ago, and at that time, its page wasn’t available, so I couldn’t give a detailed review. Getting access to a drama's page long after watching it is definitely a drawback, because by then, recalling specific details becomes difficult one would have to rewatch the drama to write a proper review. I’m not going to do that, since I’d rather spend that time watching something new. Still, I’ll share whatever I can recall from memory.lots of intimate moment and kisses, The male lead finds every excuse to get intimate with the female lead whether he's angry, in love, hurt, sad, or happy. No matter the emotion, he always ends up drawing closer to her. He's truly and deeply into her, and the female lead responds to his love with just as much affection. It's a beautiful drama and definitely worth watching. Although there are some unnecessary side characters that can be a bit annoying, the story itself remains engaging and heartfelt.
There’s no misunderstanding between the couple , they’re completely loyal to each other. No matter who tries to come between them, they don’t let anyone in.
Memorable Moments:
One unforgettable moment was when the second female lead and her father went to the male lead’s house to apologize. To their shock, they discovered that the female lead was actually the male lead’s wife and even more surprising, the second FL’s crime partner turned out to be the male lead’s own brother! The entire scene had a funny, almost mocking tone that made it even more entertaining.
Another heartwarming moment was when the male lead found out he was going to be a father. His reaction was absolutely adorable a perfect mix of surprise, joy, and pure innocence.
someday i'll rewatch it and give detailed review cause it has many good things and good moments i can't recall it now.

The cheesiness might make you sick
BC of a review here I thought I'd check this out. The only place I could find it with English Subs was on YT and the subs were terrible! Really, really bad. But I thought what the heck, I'll power through as it certainly doesn't take much of a brain to understand what was happening.1.) Lots of aggressive lovemaking, boss-employee stuff. So if that is hot for you, you'll like this.
2.) Lots of violence against women. Fathers slapping daughters; men slapping women; a SA; two kidnappings; and in the end the hero kicks a woman in her stomach (that left a bad taste in my mouth).
3.) The sets look like some high school production done by high schoolers.
4.) The costumes are off the rack stuff (though watching the ML get into his pink shirt is definitely worth a rewind).
The only thing that really saves this shlop is the ML and the FL are really hot together.
This show is like a checklist of wish fulfillment. Do you want a guy who will be your white knight against your greedy family? Take out the gossipy co-workers? Fire your power hungry boss that wants to throw you under the bus? You'll give a cheer when our ML swoops in for the rescue and makes all the FL's worries go away with his money.
Very tropey, very cheesy, quick watch, but you have to just roll your eyes through most of it and scan through to the hot parts.

Marriage of convenience with great amount of spice, sweetness & emotional connection!
I came across this drama via subreddit CShortDramas. A member there wrote a glowing review of it so my interest was piqued. I wasn't familiar with the leads but upon checking I realised I had seen He Yi Ting before, in Zhang Shan - Cao Tian Kai first collab drama. I liked her in that drama. Anyway I enjoyed this drama a lot!What I liked:
1. Romance - Damn, their first intimate encounter was 🔥 and the morning after was even hotter. It was obvious that ML was into FL from that scene. I enjoyed watching their multilayered relationship: boss-employee, husband-wife, secret couple. I was moved when FL admitted to liking ML - I wish ML had openly confessed to FL about his love for her.
2. Acting - Great performances by both leads and the actresses who played ML's grandma and FL's mother. I could see hands of ML's grandma trembled when she got the shocking news. I almost shed a tear. Also well done to actress who FL's mother for having a "meek" exterior but selfish and nasty personality.
3. Styling - I really liked the outfits for FL and ML. Thank you for not giving the conventional CEO outfits.
4. Main characters - Both of them were likeable. I liked FL because she stood up for herself when bullied. I understood her reason for wanting their marriage to be kept a secret. I liked ML too because he was exuded a cool, calm personality. His sulking moments cracked me up - it was endearing.
5. Supporting characters - I loved ML's grandma because she was wise & empathetic. I also liked FL's two close colleagues and ML's assistant. I didn't like Zhou Chen's persistence because it was harassment but he grew on me.
6. Storytelling - This drama covers tropes such as marriage of convenience, secret relationship, office romance. Plot wise nothing new but I enjoyed how the story progressed and concluded.
What I disliked:
1. Antagonists - I must say the biggest antagonist to me is FL's mother. She gave birth to her but was too gullible and stupid to listen to her husband and stepdaughter. Both of them were nasty. Bai Xin Xin is another typical antagonist - a delusional character who couldn't accept No.
