Sweet romance for both leads.
I watched this on November 2025 and tried to rewatch again. A rare good script from Zheng Chen Yu since most of her drama were unbearable to watch, Wang Zi Lin on his non toxic character was quite rare to see too.The overall story structure is simple, though it follows a few familiar tropes: a long-planned unrequited love, a younger nephew's lack of appreciation, and finally, after repeated displays of affection, FL reciprocates ML and age gap romance. After the FL confesses to the SML 99 times and is rejected, she decides to give up and tried to cling to ML.
There are two minor misunderstandings, but they quickly resolve them. ML is terrified of FL and manages to soothe himself when angry. SML is a typical example of someone who regrets his actions and then tries to cling to her.
There are no unnecessary clichés, and ML is proactive and assertive, making for a very enjoyable watch overall. The kissing scenes are mostly concentrated in the latter half. Although it's a story of a younger man/older woman romance with a teacher-student dynamic, it avoids the forced attempts to create a sense of intimacy and excitement using clichéd plot points
Overall warm and sweet atmosphere, it's a worth to watch.

Wonderful Love Story
I watched this drama because of the ML Wang Zi Lin who is so handsome and cool. The FL is also very beautiful and one of my favorite actresses in Chinese drama.I love the story because the presentation of the story is so tender and pure. Less violence, no overly emotional torture to the FL. The ML is mature and protective. The 2ML is not to be blamed for rejecting the FL's offer of love during their high school days. It was his personal decision that must be rejected. The FL should have stopped after being rejected once or twice. Going to propose to a guy for 99th time is too much.
Glad that the character development of the FL is fast. She has become mature along the process because of the love and guidance of the ML.
I highly recommend this drama.

Eu sou muito fã da atriz Zheng Chen Yu, acho que ela e a Bai Yan são as atrizes que eu assisti mais dramas. Gosto do Wang Zi Lin também, mas não sei porque sempre me remete a personagens canalhas então não o acompanho com frequência e sempre me surpreendo com seus papéis mais protetores e românticos kkkkk. As atuações de ambos são ótimas, os figurinos são bonitos, apesar de limitados.Esse drama é tranquilo, apesar da FL ter sido rejeitada pelo 2ML, o foco não é este e sim no desenvolvimento do seu relacionamento com o ML, que é tio dele. Nem digo que há antagonistas porque realmente é um drama leve em comparação a tantos outros lançados em 2025. Dá para aproveitar bem as 2h30 minutos.
A FL tem um pouco de insegurança, mas é compreensível pela idade, mas gosto de que o ML sempre é bem claro em seus sentimentos, ações e cuidado.
