Its similar because both have a similar storyline which is falling again and getting back with your ex , in both because of some misunderstanding they got separated but slowly those misunderstanding got cleared and later they got back with their ex boyfriend , well in both series one pursue and other runs away but at last fall again after the misunderstanding between them is cleared
