Similarities: ML is a villain in the book but can hear FL thoughts which changes him, FL must act against her will.

Differences: FL is forced to act against her will to keep the plot or she gets electrocuted, inner dialogue is lustful /kind vs FL is in a "blind box" system where an extreme personality trait takes over temporarily and her inner dialogue is silly/whiny.

Both are vertical dramas with the same actor as the ML. Both are about a modern FL who enters a historical novel as a palace concubine and falls in love with the tyrannical emperor ML.
