Ni Wu takes her daughter to the hospital, only to find that the attending doctor is her long-lost boyfriend. After seven years apart, she has already changed her name and slimmed down from her former overweight appearance. He does not recognize her, nor would he ever know that she secretly gave birth to his daughter. When the little girl holds her hand and asks, “Mom, why are you crying?” Ni Wu cannot answer and only wants to turn and flee. Ni Wu tries her best to draw a clear line between herself and Pei Huai Yu’s world, but Pei Huai Yu persists with threats, temptations, feigned illness, playful pleas, and even shameless persistence in pursuit of love. I am done.
I watched Ni Wu and Pei Huanyu last year and decided to stop at He Congrui and Wang Sijin because i am tired to follow this half-baked plot and nothing could satisfy me from first version with Dong Yi and Fu Yushu eventhough it was not perfect. I was completely burn out for Han Yutong-Zeng Hui version (for hardcore CP fans they still enjoy it but as solo fans it was tired to see their drama formula ML chases FL).Actual plot is incomplete, the conflict is too weak, there is open ending but felt nothing after watch this. Maybe i am tired of this bullshit.
