Not as satisfying as it should have been
To keep the review simple, that was just not very satisfying. As a long-time Takumi-kun fan, I had high expectations for this drama. Seeing stories from the books (which I have read and partially translated) that were not included in the original movies was nice, but they left out too much. It was obviously a drama aimed at fans of the books, rather than new fans, since they didn’t even start at the beginning this time. The 2023 movie wasn’t available widely, and not internationally at all. If they wanted to draw in new fans, they needed to either make that movie available on the same platforms as the drama or just start over again. Make it a 10 episode drama and include all that material.This drama was well produced compared to the old movies, and would have been a nice new version if it had included everything for those four couples up to that point in the books, so we had the full context. The kisses were bland, but I didn’t expect spice from a Takumi drama. The books are pretty bland, too, at this point in the story.
I will say, I’m mostly disappointed with the Gii/Takumi storyline. I enjoyed the others, just wanted more of them.

It could have been even better.
I really liked this series. I watched it and then realized there were movies, so i went to watch them and then watched this series again.This was a good series, the only thing is, when you haven't watched the movies, the side stories and several characters aren't developed enough in this series. They should have made more episodes and payed a bit more attention to all the characters and their stories.
The music and visuals were beautiful.
The acting was great, the chemistry between Gii and Takumi was good. I'm sad that there were no real kisses, just a few "dead kisses".

Good watch if u keep in mind it's Japanese adaptation and don't think much about it
I don't think the series is that bad to get a 6.7. It's pretty good except there are 8 leads introduced in episode 1 so it gets kinda confusing but by the time u go to episode 2 u get used to it.We have 4 couples lets review each
Our main couple: popular guy x guy who has touch aversion - here i think takumi's character made a lot of sense he's traumatized and scared that his boyfriend who he just started dating would break up with him so he's hesitant to open up. Then we have gii. They've tried to potray him as a nice caring guy but from ep 1 he's all about skinship and sex eventhough he knows his boyfriend's problem and yes he does technically assault his boyfriend to cure him later on. So that gets romanticized. He didn't know why his boyfriend had this issue didn't bother thinking it could be SA and he shouldn't do the same to his bf. Well but he does. From the flashback gii did exactly what his brother did force him the only difference was the brother blamed him for it but gii didn't instead it got romanticized as love. Also i didn’t like how the brother was given a clean chit just cz he said sorry before he died. What he did was grooming and SA and he did that for a long time it was not like a spontaneous thing. From what i saw i felt he was sorry for blaming him but not for doing the things he did. Also he literally had no reason to do that to his brother so i don't get it.
2nd couple: school's popular beauty x strong man with no brain (my fav pair) - i know people don't like izumi cz he's kinda violent 🤭 but i liked that. Otherwise yoshizawa is soo dense he wouldn't get it. He literally asked him to kiss straightforward but he still didnt get it😆😆 so he deserved those slaps to fix his brain and learn to say no to people
3rd couple: cold guy x golden retriever - i just felt he was pure cold not like just acting cold and feeling happy secretly or something but yeah seems like a nice guy from the flashback they show. Cold hut he notices things. I didn't like Mitsu being all clingy. I know he'slike a puppy character but thats cute when theres like 1% reciprocation here there was none. Nothing that special about this pair
4th senior x mr. Perfect - i was really rooting for this pair cz they were the most normal ones in the lot and no major red flags. Senior has this crush on this junior secretly and writes poems for him... how romantic right? Well he was straight and senior gir rejected😆😆 atleast they still kept the friendships didn't turn it into homophobia or make him hesitant to reject. It was like "sorry not into men" i just couldn't stop laughing cz it was soo direct😆😆
So yeah, it's a fun watch go ahead and watch it

Onde que forçar alguém a ter relações é bom? Principalmente quando o Takumi tem aversão a contatos físicos. É óbvio que seria algum trauma relacionado a assédio.Acho que não entendi o drama como deveria, pelo que vi depois de assistir 5 episódios há outros N filmes vinculados a este drama, mas todos parecem ser com atores diferentes e seguindo a mesma história…
O sexto episódio, onde finalmente o Takumi revela o seu trauma e quem o causou para o Gii me deixou mais brava ainda pela atitude do Gii, que diz amar o Takumi a todo instante. Não gosto quando moram que a cura para um abuso é se envolver, é o acolhimento, confiança e etc, por mais que o Takumi realmente se sinta bem com o Gii. enfim....

Kurang
Menurut gue drama ini ada potensinya. Tapi jadi kurang karena jumlah couple nya yang jujur terlalu banyak. Gila woi ada 4 couples di drama ini. Masih mending kalo jumlah episodenya banyak ya biar semua cerita couples ter explore dengan baik. Tapi ini cuma ada 6 episode, dan maksa ada 4 macem cerita. Hasilnya apa? Semua ceritanya jadi ‘kurang’. Kurang ter-explore, kurang in-depth, kurang seru, kurang konflik, dll. Menurut gue ceritanya si couple Aratamisu & si couple OSIS gak usah ada aja soalnya jujur cerita mereka yg paling gak jelas, apalagi yg Aratamisu. Gak ada hubungannya samsek sama main charactersnya.Karakter villain juga hampir non-existent, meskipun yaa gue ngerti sih kenapa. Karena emang drama ini bukan fokus kesana, tapi lebih fokus ke arah self-developmentnya MC. Ada sih karakter villainnya, which is si cowok yang interested sama MC (maap gue lupa namanya🙏). Tapi dia cuma muncul bentaran doang di awal dan bahkan gak terlalu nge-stir up si main couple, dan tiba-tiba karakternya ilang gitu aja gak ada disebut lagi. Aneh kan. Mending karakter dia diilangin aja sekalian weh biar bener-bener fokus ke MC & ML.

Todo lo que brilla no es oro
la historia estaba siendo desenvolvida de una forma buena relativamente. Se pudo conocer a todos los personajes, sus intereses amorosos, y sus propios problemas sin ser de una forma satura o rápidaestaba muy encantada por lo cabelloroso, atento y servicial que era Gi. Hasta esa bendita escena.
¿en que lugar se aprendió que OBLIGAR a alguien a tener relaciones sexuales contigo era romantico? y mismo sabiendo que takumi tenia problemas con el contacto físico. Sinceramente quede helada en esa escena, pense que él iba a parar o POR LO MENOS perdir disculpas después. Pero no.
Abuso fue retratado como "AMOR" en esta obra.
no se como la historia en las anteriores secuelas de takumi-kun pero esta me aborrecio totalmente.
