Close kathoey friends Mod, Nat, Daeng, and Em manage to all come together on the same day to celebrate their friend Toey's birthday. It's on this same day that handsome and wealthy An gets into an argument with his wife and escapes to Bangkok to see his old friend Mod. Only An's family has a deep dislike of kathoeys, so Mod and his friends will have to put on a manly act.
