Basically a bad amateur adult film but as a bl
The actors can not act, the chemistry doesn't exist, there's no plot at all or any true supporting actors. It's basically 45min of s3x. And badly act s3x too.
After much better bl with NC scenes, we don't need a NC show with abd acting.
There's way too many smutty AI peach images with what seems like male fluid dripping on it. Just no.
Also, again, awful acting.

acted and was very likable, but here...it seems that everyone cares about money, they don't read the script or know what to do. This should be banned for under 16s. Elem, from 55 minutes, by fast-forwarding and stopping only at dialogues, I watched the episode in almost 17 minutes, so everything is clear. The whole series can fit in 2 episodes, at least we know the sex scenes. Desperately bad acting, director missed the genre, this should be shown on XXX channels. There is no production.
This is so desperate, inhumane, amateurish... that with one role you can ruin everything you've built. BTW Ki Niwat Naknuan no actor, desperate, he has a nice body, I guess his dick is small but he's ugly, small mouth, disproportionate head...it's not all about the beautiful body, there's something about the brain and the beautiful face

My Ethics Won
I debated a lot with myself over the last few days: Should I continue with "Peach Lover"? And now, shortly before the second episode will air, I decided I cannot let my curiosity win over my ethics. My dilemma was that on the one hand, the first episode has several minutes of genAI slop, ugly slop at that. But on the other hand, I was curious to know how the story would unfold.
I find generative AI highly unethical. Not only uses it stolen artwork for its generated "art", it also consumes high amounts of energy and clean water by doing so and pushes real human artists out of their jobs -- and for what? That a handful of rich billionaires get richer. That CEOs think they save money. That we get cheaply made slop sold as "art".
(And it's even worse that Po is a cover artist for novels -- one of the jobs that are endangered by genAI already.)
The thing that made me hesitate was that I was -- still am -- extremely curious to see how the story would develop. I liked the hints of a deeper backstory (even if the way the screenplay told us about the main characters' reasons for going into online sex work was *very* heavy-handed). I was intrigued by the possibility of a story that explores how sex can feel liberating, how we can use our bodies to express ourselves -- by the possibility of a story about hiding in plain sight, about being presented vs. being seen, about identity and being able to be who we are. There is a lot of potential for it to be something very, very good.
And Poom was excellent in this first episode -- maybe his partner too, we didn't see enough of him yet to be sure.
But no.
I cannot in good conscience give my eyes, my attention, and my money to greedy producers who think it's okay to cut corners ("save money") by using genAI slop instead of paying an actual artist.
This also taints everything in this production -- what else, apart from the minutes-long slide-shows in the beginning and in the end of the first episode was done with genAI? The screenplay? The set design? The background score?
I don't understand how iQiYi, Copy A Bangkok or Cheewin Thanamin can condone it and willingly put their name on something like this. And I admit it, I also don't understand viewers who support it -- if we don't make it very clear *now* that the media we consume should be ethically made and *not* use genAI, then we will see a lot more of it in the future, because producers *will* (rightly) think they can get away with it.
I don't want a future like that.
Do you?

I know so many people are saying about how theres ai or its bad but in my opinion there is no ai its just cgi and paintings that people have claimed to be ai when its not and the story is good if you sctually watch it yes there are a lot of nc scenes but they die down at the end and its like a real love story. I dont really care what everyone else is saying but i recommend. Was this review helpful to you?

Sorry, ???...
I have only watched 5 episodes and came on here to see the reviews to see if anyone else'scomments aligned with mine and they do. I
was also bored and if I wanted to see sex I would have watched a pawn movie. Its like in some bls showing 6 pacs is all we females think about.. we don't we want bls to have a story
preferably a drama that hits you in the heart.. with feelings.. Empathy.. The breaking up.. The making up.. Watching sex is boring when it's overdone and in this series that was the problem.. Sex.. Sex.. and more sex. 😂

Our litle "Yo" has DEFINITELY grown up. But perhaps not in a good way.
I've only watched one episode so far, and the main thing I can say at this point is that our little "Yo" has DEFINITELY grown up, lol. I guess I can add that I was genuinely surprised to see a simulated oral sex scene streaming on iQiyi, not that I mind or anything. This kind of a more mature role may actually be good for Poom's career. I also found the use of Zorro's, 'Back at Zero,' in the soundtrack to be particularly inspired. All in all, I'm optimistic, and plan to keep watching. Fingers crossed...
2nd Episode Addition:
Well, so far two episodes and two simulated oral sex scenes, lol. This obviously does not bode well. I'm all for using erotic elements to enhance a show, but this clearly seems like overkill and more of an attempt to merely shock or titillate, unfortunately.
This episode was also over-directed, over-acted and somewhat unfocused. And poor Poom just seems to come across as some lascivious, over-sexed nymphomaniac. You can almost hear the director on the set yelling to him, "More horny! Even MORE! HORNIER!!!" I suspect that he's already regretting appearing in this series.
There was also more of that dreadful AI dreck everywhere. At first I was quite puzzled as to why it all depicted male characters with only Western appearances and no characters with Thai appearances, and then it dawned on me that the databases for these AI images are probably overwhelmingly biased in that direction. So it really begs the question as to why they went ahead and used them anyway. Rather strange.
I suppose I'll give it one more try, but I'm not hopeful.
3rd Episode (And Final) Addition:
I'm afraid I'm out on this one. I don't think I've ever cared less about the characters in a BL. Neither of the leads are the least bit interesting to me, and I couldn't care less about what happens to them, frankly. And the addition of the evil, overbearing parents trope just makes things even more boring. Honestly, I just found myself wanting to wipe that insipid smile off of Po's face more than anything else. Has there been even a moment so far where he didn't have that lurid, vacuous grin on his face? It doesn't feel like it.
I'd actually been hoping someone might do a more grown-up series that depicts the sexuality of young men in a more honest way than the bashful, blushing virgins you normally find in a BL, but this one isn't it. The simulated anal sex scene ( a step-up--or down perhaps?-- from the 2 gratuitous simulated oral sex scenes of the previous episodes) just felt cheap and awkward.
Anyway, I won't be watching any more episodes. Definitely not my cup of tea.

10/10 More Than Just a Romance
10/10 More Than Just a RomancePeach Lover is a soft, intimate BL that follows two characters searching for their place in the world. Through Po, who experiences many emotional firsts, and Sasom, a former collector looking for meaning, the series builds a quiet yet powerful connection.
What makes it stand out is its honesty: no manipulation, just open communication and space to grow. The slow, sensual pacing lets the audience evolve alongside the characters.
Visually, the contrast between warm and cold tones reflects their emotional journey, leading to a brighter, more open ending.
More than a romance, Peach Lover is about being seen, understood, and finally existing through someone else's eyes.
In short... I'm a huge fan.

Peach Lover (2026) 6/10

Gostei
