Qiu Lun acknowledges Ying Mei's abilities and finally feels comfortable allowing her to operate. Ying Mei officially becomes the head chef of Guandu Xiangji Restaurant. Meng Zhong and Qiao Hui return home after completing their studies, and the family is reunited. Ying Mei is extremely anxious upon learning that Guandu Xiangji Restaurant is to be closed down, only to later discover it's a misunderstanding. The restaurant will be relocated next to the construction site of the Humanities and Social Welfare Center, and the chef will be responsible for the daily meals of the volunteers at the site, taking on even greater responsibilities.
