English subtitles

Hello all, I'm in the USA and was really excited to see this. It looks really good. However I'm trying to watch with English subtitles, Korean language. I'm finding that hardly any of the lines are being translated, and in fact there seems to be a mixture of Korean and English subtitles! Is anyone else experiencing this? Perhaps it's because it's relatively new and not all episodes are out yet? I've tried both Disney and Hulu. Please shed some light on this if you have any tips. Thanks

I’m watching on Disney+/ Hulu - with ads (it’s way too expensive without ads). And that could be part of the problem I’m experiencing.

This is for every drama I watch:

On my TV, after every commercial, I have to stop and rewind a few times to get the subtitles to pop up. It usually happen in the first 30 seconds then the subtitles ‘calm down’s.

Some times I have to stop at every frame to see them if they all of a sudden stop appearing or if they move to fast. Lately, I’ve been trying to watch the action and listen to the Korean to figure out what’s being said to see if I need to actually rewind.

On my phone, the subtitles are there all the time. I don’t understand the difference.
