มังงะสั่งตาย ‧ Drama ‧ 2026

The suspect list so far:

Kay - Our most adorable bunny is clearly a man with issues. His manga appears to be the inspiration for a serial killer and his first thought was to burn the artwork. He has suspicious bruises and carries a hammer in his bag. The sight of police sends him into a panic attack. Not exactly the actions of a man with a clear conscience.

Thun - There’s normally only two reasons to include a major name in a supporting role. Either he’s there to play the rival love interest OR he’s the villain. Since P’Off isn’t really exuding secondary romantic lead vibes it’s most likely option 2. But is he the serial killer or just here to muddy the waters in true invasive journalism fashion?

Phat - A detective who believes in justice but is also haunted by the fate of his father, whose name he wants to clear. So far both victims are men with corrupt pasts who escaped the repercussions of their actions. A cop going rogue to deliver justice on people the system missed is an old but popular trope.

Prim - So I know she’s a weird name to include but devout mystery fans know a random stranger suddenly appearing in the life of the protagonist or someone very close to them and befriending that person can be a definite red flag. Just who is she really and why was she so nice to Preaw given they both seemed to be there to apply for an internship. In any really good mystery/thriller there are two types of characters I never trust: the random overly nice, helpful stranger and anyone who can’t possibly be the killer bc they have (insert random physical/mental ailment).

Nop - Adding him bc Neo is a gmmtv chameleon who can play just about any role.

I suspect prim and thun to be the killers and partners in crime and they got preaw the job to get more details from her about the polices' new moves. I'm thinking they chose nekros as their bible since they knew about kay's 2nd identity and that he was her fav author. it must've been a bonus that the murders in the comic were brutal and graphic enough to shift others' focus onto its author. Kay being the killer is highly unlikely. and im saying this just because of how much they tried to push the idea to the audience in the very 1st episode

Seeing your povs.. now i think it could be a group.. Nop, Prim and Thun..

Kaye is impossible.. that would literally ruin the whole series.. Hopefully it isnt Phat either, even though it would make a lot sense.. but still that's an overused old fashioned plot...

Nop, as a police officer could be doing these, as a way for justice, and also he knows he wont be suspected.

from the 2 eps, it is clear that the main motive of the killers is to ensure justice, in a society where the law isnt applied properly. and a secondary motive is to take advantage of Kaye's history and health issues. use him as a scapegoat.

seeing how Nop behaved when Kaye was talking about the pattern.. he is highly suspected. And yes, as u said.. Neo is a very flexible actor of gmmtv.. a role like this is simply just perfect for him.

Next up, Prim. Girl literally got no history and no chemistry with Praew either. She is being over friendly to her (notice the scene after Praew talks about her dad and Prim tells that she is the nicest friend she's ever had. girl, yall met like 2 times and u say this? also , she's been too sweet from their first convo). She might have some hidden motive for this too. Maybe her family was dead because of some injustice when she was young.

Thun could be the leader of their gang. He is being kinda pushy to prove Kaye as the killer. also about using Praew for this. he seems to be the mastermind.

I'm a devout mystery crime thriller/ whodunit fan. So I'm also on board with Prim being a red flag.

Gurl is too bubbly and supportive for her own good😭

They have said that the show is presented from Phat's point of view. Thus, whetever qe see is filtered by Phats's believes and feelings. Phat trully believes that Kaye is innocent and loves him as if he is his own brother. Thus everyone else seems like an enemy to him and the mastermind of this case. However, I sadly have to conclude that Kaye's second personality is the murderer. But Phat loves him sk much, has witnessed his weak and innocent personality and can't accept that his young man who has already suffered too much is indeed the killer. Thus everything is presented as if everyone is bad instead of Kaye. To be honest, I love Kaye very much and I don't want him to end up in prison even if he is rhe killer indeed. He needs special support to heal. If things go according to the novel, Phat will never hurt Kaye and will always be by his side even after the reveal.
