Match Point Episode 2 Reactions
just saw the first two episodes and it’s underwhelming TBH. the story wants to create constant tension that the chemistry is all lost…sure they have the looks but a lot are missing. I am sensing more from Sing and Chinnon in the little time they have together. but of course it’s a tennis match so tension is obvious if that’s what the premise of this series is all about. The writers should have injected a little more character development instead of maybe a flashback in future episodes

I thought this episode was fine in respect to Bay and Sun. What really had my attention was learning more about the fathers and BoatKong. At first, I really though Bay's dad was the worst, but now that we learn more about Sun and his family, I think that Sun's father might be worse. There's this bizarre need for Sun to impress his father to the detriment of his own body and that he would even hide that shows something darker. Sun's brother won't even go and see him and it's evident that the parents are divorced and seems like the mother is happier for it.Then there's BoatKong (my SingChimon). I think it's clear that Kong was super keen to interact with Boat and the way Kong looked at Boat on that scooter, I think he has feelings for Boat. I think Kong might be well aware that Boat's lying, but I'm excited by the angst I see coming from them
