Never understand with the ending.
I watched this drama since i want to check on Zhao Fei and I don't know if it's torturing the FL or Me the watcher. Yang Han is quite scumbag in this drama. The chemistry and romance scene between them is non-exist. Almost every scene is torturous.FL is treated like a trash, and all her misfortunes are caused by the ML yet she can still live with him like nothing happened. Worse of all, ML has a constant affair while FL is devoted to him. The fact that it has a happy ending is just unbelievable, FL shouldn't back again to ML.
Its not Zhao Fei best work and Yang Han, recommended if you like Female lead is being tortured mentally.

Second Changes do exist.
I really enjoyed the storyline of this drama, and both the ML and FL gave excellent performances. The emotions, misunderstandings, regret, and pain were portrayed very well. My biggest disappointment was that for a romance drama, it was seriously lacking in actual romance.Qiao Zhi Xu secretly loved Fu Ling Sheng for ten years and then spent three years married to him under a contract. After giving so much of herself, the earthquake becomes the breaking point. She is fighting for her life while the man she loves believes her desperate cry for help is simply jealousy and manipulation.
What made it worse was Jian Nuo's interference and the misunderstanding surrounding the message. By the time Fu Ling Sheng begins understanding what really happened and what Zhi Xu endured, the emotional damage has already been done.
I especially liked the FL's development. Surviving the earthquake and struggling with PTSD changes her. Instead of continuing to chase a man who repeatedly placed someone else before her, she finally decides that when their contract ends, so will their marriage.
The ML and FL had the acting ability and chemistry to give us a beautiful romance, which is why I wanted **more romantic moments between them**. We received plenty of pain, regret, and misunderstanding, but not enough love to balance it.
Great storyline and excellent acting—I just wish the writers had remembered to give the romance some room to breathe. ❤️💔
