After finishing the battle in Claire City, Ryuga was heading toward Line City in order to purify his armor. However, what spread out before him was a vast desert. In Sagan, a city that had barely escaped desertification, a massive outbreak of Horrors threw the city into chaos. Appearing in the city to save it from this crisis were Ermina, a Makai Priestess of the Dragon Clan, and Rian. While traveling with Ryuga toward Claire City, Rian had been summoned by Ryume and was carrying out a different mission.
