It's a youth story about Yukari, a high school girl who is a “misfit for youth” and unable to find anything she can truly devote herself to. After meeting her classmate, Dokudami-chan, a weed enthusiast, she runs around trying to revive the dormant “Weed Research Club.” The story depicts a teenage girl discovering her own identity through the weeds at her feet.
