Short and sweet – nothing more, but nothing less.
This was a quick, light-hearted (with a touch of weightier themes) and enjoyable watch, perfect if you’re in the mood for something light and low-commitment. The vibes were fun, the pacing was fast, and it definitely delivered as a solid Season 2 (or whatever you want to call it). This is the kind of story where you just have to suspend your disbelief and enjoy the ride. There were tons of cute moments, but most of all I loved how well everything flowed together – nothing felt forced.I liked both Thee and Peach, and it was fun watching their love develop and getting a peek into their life as a family.
One thing I didn’t like was the interactions and hints about Lookplub and Mira. They could have spent that time on Mok and Rome instead. Maybe because I really wanted to see more of their story, not just small parts of it.
All in all, an enjoyable watch with plenty of smiles, laughs and chuckles.

Mediocre at best, awful at worst
Rushing out special episodes because the original series garnered more popularity than they expected is right with GMMTV's MO and it shows. I'm not even sure why the episodes are much longer than GMMTV standard, about an hour long each, since the plot is THIN.If you want mindless fluff, slow motion glances, amazingly bad dialogue, and a "plot" that is no more than a thin string to pull along awful cheesey moments, then this is the series for you.
And this coming from someone who actually enjoyed the original series quite a bit.

Good thing the acting is good.
I don't know what it is about this series, but every 20 minutes felt like an hour. I watched this at 1.5 & 2X speed, and it still felt like it took forever to get through. I had to do this in season 1 as well, and it had a lot more funny moments.Also, can I just say that I love that they made Me and Thee a series inside the series? So what we watched was them acting out everything that already happened. I also liked that they inserted the series title and did a callback to We Are at the end.
The acting was really good. I liked the cameos at the end, but it got a bit much; it went from funny to being WAY too dragged out and not funny anymore, then back to funny when we got to PerthSanta. I have to give Junior credit for bringing the crazy. And have Pond & Phuwin's kisses gotten a bit better, or am I imagining things? William's English is so cute. William also did a scary good job making his eyes look "dead" when he was killing the guy who shot Mok. That was the first time I believed anyone in this crazy family is actually part of the mafia.
Now the things I didn't like are actually very few.
1. The fighting looked so fake that it hurt to watch.
2. The side couples. Why was a new one introduced? This show can barely handle the two we had in the first series. I still don't even know if Tawan & Aran are together, which pisses me off. Rome & Mok get a bit more screen time, but it still wasn't enough to make me care about them & at least we get to see a ring on Rome's finger to confirm that they are official. I get that Thee and Peach are the main couple and they are the most important, but this series had more than enough time to give the side characters more development.
3. Throughout both series, I didn't grow attached to any of the characters. Maybe it being a comedy makes it more difficult to really get you emotionally invested; IDK, I just know that I hate coming out of a series and not being sad to say goodbye to any of the characters.
As a sequel, this was good, but it's not one that I will rewatch. The series as a whole I wouldn't rewatch.

Could have more of Mira and Lookplub and RomeMok. To be honest, I'd prefere to have a season 2 to develop their relationship a bit more. Like at least 8 episodes. It's not much but it would have been better.
At least it was funny and killer Rome is hot as fuck.

Again and again I laughed out loud and this time we have a new supporting character in the story as another bodyguard, wink wink. (No spoilers, don't worry).
In this story, we focus more on Peach and Thee's relationship, and we also focus more on Romeo and Mok (although I think they were there briefly, which is a shame because I really enjoyed their parts :( the same thing every time Perth and Santa showed up).
I also really liked how cute it was made. It was really exactly those 4 episodes that you will say aww every time. I especially have to mention the change of actors at the end, it was great. I didn't think they would put so many gmmtv actors in one episode, but
I was very happy to see them there.
I think the series is great for beating boredom and if you really want to laugh. Don't expect some serious mafia romance, it's more of a cute comedy where you'll really fall in love with the characters and you'll have something to do to keep from crying at the REAL END (in my case I already miss them hahaha)

Cute follow up story.
I thought this was such a cute idea. Its a short watch but really ties up the lose ends for some of the characters from "Me and Thee". This chapter really gave us a chance to see how much Peach loves Thee. Obviously we saw them fall in love in the first show but seeing how Peach settled into his relationship with Thee was wonderful. Also there was a few times we got to see Peach be jealous which was so funny. Also Thee is really putting in an effort to not be so over the top but in a way that doesn't compromise who he is. Also we got to see Perth's and Santa's characters again and see how their relationship was going which was something I really wanted to see a conclusion for. Also Mok and Rome were back too and this one was kind of their love story in a way even though they have liked each other for a very long time. Also the drama was very compelling and the acting was even better this time. It really was a great watch and a satisfying end for all the characters.Was this review helpful to you?

This show was simply too short and to me that made it feel like certain things were quite rushed which is my main complaint about it. There was just too much happening for only having four episodes. It easily could've been an eight or more episode show for all that they wanted to squeeze in.We barely saw Perth and Santa at all so their characters had no time to really develop and were really done dirty in this in my opinion. It would've been nice to see more of Tawan's growth so we could see why Aran was thinking of dating him again.
I love that we got to have Emi in this with Bonnie, but because the show was so short we didn't really get to know Mira and therefore her relationship with Plub didn't develop into anything either or even have the time to.
I think we saw the kids for a total of five or ten minutes in the whole season.
Despite all of that, I loved every second of this show. I think that's why I have a complaint in the first place, the show is so good I just want more and more.
I loved seeing all the characters (as well as the actors) again! They all looked so fine too!!
Thee got even goofier, which I didn't think was possible, and it was so funny.
We got to see Thee and Peach as HUSBANDS!! Best thing ever!! They were so cute and just so perfect together. I loved every second of it.
We got to see Rome and Mok officially get together and kiss and I was screaming!! I love them so much. I'm so glad they got their happy ending as well; they had me nervous for a bit.
I loved seeing more of the Rome and Thee together too.
I just adore this cast of actors and this cast of character so much. There truly won't be anything else like this show. It's just so good and so enjoyable. This is one of those shows I wish could go on forever. I can't wait to rewatch it a hundred more times.

Delivery a well-rounded First Episode for a Mini Series
This First Episode had everything you were looking for in a light hearted Rom-Com - Warmth, Humour, Love, Comedy, Family, Friendships, a nice OST, Meaningful Phrases.The ability to tie this first special episode to the previous series, Me and Thee, was executed so thoughtfully. The little details that probably persons would have never thought about were brought into the first episode and given it more depth when needed. I will go into more detail as the 4 episodes progresses but Episode one caught my attention in the most heartwarming way.
Pond as Thee did not disappoint at all. His expressions (both facial and physical) allowed you to take in exactly how he feels, even though a bit eccentric, he is the most loving character ever!
Phuwin as Peach really portrayed growth of his character in wanting to be more as person and expressing himself more emotionally and lovingly to Thee.
Their both lives as daddies and a married couple was visually pleasing to see on the television as it is not common at all.
A wonderful first episode.

The Boys Are Back
First episode and I already know I'm going to love all 4 episodes every bit as much as I loved the original series. All the boys are back and it is the exact same over the top cheesy fun as the last time. I appreciate more of Rome/Mok and the growth from Perth's character as well.
