Unplugged (2005)

Yusuke lives a lonely high school life, without interacting with the other students around him. Believing that he is different from others, he looks forward to listening to the mysterious melody that is always playing in his head. One day, a girl who persistently talks to Yusuke appears. She is Mizuki, a transfer student who has joined his class. At first, Yusuke finds her bothersome, but gradually he opens his heart to Mizuki and begins to develop romantic feelings for her. The two talk about turning the melody in Yusuke’s head into a song and singing it at the school festival, but due to a misunderstanding of each other’s feelings, they end up having a fight.
