In Yokohama City, incidents of mysterious “Beard Man” stickers being put up occur one after another. After learning of the situation, Iwashimizu Kinta, a detective in the Kanagawa Prefectural Police First Investigative Division, is confronted with Zhao Song Xiong, known as Matsu, who is brought to the police box as the culprit.
