Take a Hike!

If you enjoyed Take a Hike, I highly recommend checking out any of the 8 seasons of New Journey to the West! Both shows are produced by the same person, Na Young-seok (Na PD), so they have that same chaotic, funny, and entertaining variety-show style.

They are in the mountains and snow, full of comedy and entertainment, and both have strong casts. m mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmv

If you watched either Take a Hike! or Jirisan and fell in love with those gorgeous Korean snowy peaks, you absolutely have to watch the other. They make the most unexpected but perfect pairing.
Just a heads-up on the vibe check: The mood shifts completely. One is a cozy, hilarious reality show where celebrities struggle up trails and laugh over instant noodles. The other is a dark, gripping thriller about park rangers hunting a mysterious killer. It is total contrast.

Why you will love the combo: You get the perfect balance of breathtaking Korean mountain views, switching between raw celebrity charm for pure laughs and top-tier actor charisma for high-stakes suspense.

Whether you need a lighthearted break after a dark mystery, or you want an adrenaline rush after a peaceful hike, you won't regret checking out the other side of the mountain.

If you are a fan of Car the Garden, I would recommend checking out BLTS. He is really funny. The premise of the show is really different, but both of them are funny reality TV shows.
