>> Story 1: "Yomi no Mori" (黄泉の森) Yoshinori invites his girlfriend Ayumi and enters a forest notorious as a suicide spot. However, unnerved by the eerie atmosphere, Yoshinori quickly suggests they leave. At that moment, they hear the sound of footsteps crunching through dry leaves. The sound is unmistakably drawing closer to where they are. Ayumi, trembling, points her flashlight toward the direction of the noise, and in the darkness, they see a woman dressed in white. Yoshinori and Ayumi panic and run away from the spot. >> Story 2: "Yukizuri no Binransha" (行きずりの紊乱者) Ever since getting her driver’s license, Eri has enjoyed going on drives almost every day. On this particular day, she is out driving with her friend Keiko. At around 2 a.m., the two decide to head home and find themselves on a mountain pass. There, they spot what appears to be an old woman riding a bicycle in the opposite lane, waving at them. Eri stops the car and calls out to the approaching figure. However, the person standing there is not an old woman, but a young boy, about elementary school age. The boy tells them he wants to go to the station because his father has been hospitalized after an accident. Though uneasy, the two decide to give him a ride. >> Story 3: "Migikata no Onna" (右肩の女) One day, Toshiya is told by his girlfriend that he is being haunted by a spirit. His girlfriend Mami even performs a purification ritual for him, but the situation only continues to worsen. Eventually, it escalates to the point where his life is in danger… >> Story 4: "Kao no Michi" (顔の道) Shotaro goes fishing with his girlfriend Natsumi, a hobby they both share. On their way home, as Shotaro sits in the passenger seat of the car driven by Natsumi, he notices an old, worn-out phone booth by the side of the road through the windshield. Inside the booth stands a young woman—not holding the receiver, but simply facing away and standing absentmindedly. She clearly gives off an otherworldly presence, and Shōtarō finds himself staring at her. As their car passes the phone booth, Shotaro turns back to look again, but the woman has already vanished… >> Story 5: "Urami no Daisho" (怨みの代償) Mayumi, who works at a department store, is performing well with strong individual sales and is trusted by her superiors, steadily handling her work. However, she becomes concerned about her colleague from the same intake, Kana. Kana tends to stop at nothing to boost her sales, has a poor reputation at work, and her own sales performance is far from impressive. One day, Mayumi discovers that a junior employee, Minako, is about to throw away a blue file containing inventory records that she had been looking for. When Mayumi tries to stop her, Minako reveals that Kana had instructed her to dispose of it—it was an act of harassment aimed at Mayumi. From that point on, Kana’s harassment continues to escalate… >> Story 6: "S Dozan no Onna" (Ｓ銅山の女) Yamabe Natsumi, who is driving back to the office from a business meeting, loses her way on a mountain road and ends up at a dilapidated abandoned site. The area, known as the “S Copper Mine,” is a closed mine famous as a haunted spot. Since visiting the place, strange phenomena have begun to occur one after another within her company. Both her superiors and subordinates start complaining of poor health, and some even end up hospitalized.
