Mama ga mo Kono Sekai ni Inakute mo: Watashi no Inochi no Nikki (2026)

Endo Nodoka and Shoichi live in Aomori. Although they sometimes clash, they spend irreplaceable days together, wishing to be together every single second. However, Nodoka is suddenly faced with the cruel diagnosis of stage IV colon cancer. The days she has left are limited. Even so, Shoichi tightly grasps Nodoka's hand and promises to cherish her for the rest of his life. The bond between the two leads to one wish of Nodoka's: to meet their child. But this resolve comes with the incredibly difficult choice of stopping the chemotherapy that is keeping her alive.
