Nameless Island (1959)

In 1958, on the Fujian front line, amid Chiang Kai Shek’s calls to retake the mainland and backed by advanced American equipment, the Kuomintang navy repeatedly harassed China’s southeastern coast. The landing ship “Dacheng” is sunk by Chinese torpedo boats, and its captain, Wu Yue Han (played by Li Lin), flees with the remaining troops to an unnamed island. Meanwhile, Chinese naval political instructor Wang Yong Zhi and others, who fell into the water during the collision, also drifted to the same island.
