Going Home

Homesickness is a narrow strait, holding within it the lifelong longing of a generation of veterans who went to Taiwan. The veterans of Pinghe Villa in Taiwan have spent half their lives far from home, and their only wish is to return to their roots. Because of a promise, local neighborhood chief Liu sets out alone on the long journey to bring them home. One man and one backpack carry the long-cherished wishes of more than 450 displaced souls.
