K-Drama
I liked it.
I liked it. The animation is not at the top, but I would not expect it to be considering the budget. I would not have been able to pull it off. The story is fine. Similar to cartoons from the 80s and 90s and therefore refreshing in this copy/paste era. The team is a mother and son which makes it all the more nice when you consider that. If it was a book I would buy it.Was this review helpful to you?
Hear me out...
Yes, the animation is ugly, but the fundamentals of what makes a film are actually impressively solid. The soundtrack is pretty good. The plot has steady conflicts that lead to character development. It has good themes. And you can actually see what the camerawork and film blocking is going for.
If this becomes a cult classic, I guess I'm part of that cult.
