Nearly forty, Luo Da Zuo finally meets Tan Li Ming, the woman he believes to be his true love. But shortly after they register their marriage, a car accident takes her life. Still grieving, Luo Da Zuo is stunned to discover that Tan Li Ming had two children she never told him about, unexpectedly making him their stepfather. His new family situation becomes even more complicated when he learns that Tan Li Ming left behind a substantial overseas inheritance that cannot be accessed without a missing password. While struggling to earn the trust of his resentful stepchildren, Luo Da Zuo must also contend with their biological father, Kang Cheng, who returns determined to claim the inheritance. Amid family conflicts, workplace troubles, and unexpected romantic complications, Luo Da Zuo gradually learns what it truly means to be a father and build a family.
