Saturday Night Theatre (2027)

At 26, aspiring film director Mikio wins an award in a competition for emerging filmmakers, earning the opportunity to make his commercial feature film debut. However, there is one condition: he must develop and direct a romance film. With little experience in love, Mikio struggles to write the screenplay until his best friend suggests that he experience a romance himself and use it as inspiration. Through a film review website, Mikio discovers Tsugumi, a woman who shares his taste in movies. Following his screenplay, he arranges to meet her at a cinema she visits every Saturday.
