Mr. Mystery? (2027)

The most distinctive feature of this series, which tells a self-contained story in each episode, is that the culprit's identity is revealed at the very beginning. Although the culprits believe they have committed the perfect crime, they soon encounter Aoyagi, who firmly declares that he is "not in charge of investigating the case." Despite neither suspecting nor interrogating them, Aoyagi somehow manages to put the culprits in increasingly difficult situations, one after another. In each episode, Aoyagi engages in thrilling yet somewhat humorous exchanges with a different culprit, each with their own distinctive personality. Through these conversations, not only are the mysteries surrounding the cases gradually brought to light, but so too are the hidden feelings and motivations of the people involved.
