The vibe of the movie is much like the American classic 'American Pie'. There's even sex with food as well! That being said, it wasn't awful, but it wasn't anything you could take seriously. It's a lust filled romp with plenty of nudity and cheesy poop jokes. It does become a bit better towards the end, when the focus turns to the damsel in distress and solving the mystery of the kidnapper, but in general I feel this movie would be best suited for a group of young, slightly drunk guys to be watching while hanging out.

It's a raunchy story but very funny. It is even more funny because of the era that the story is portrait. The idea that men are being rape instead of women and that they are insulted makes the story line very funny. That men are the ones who are being exploded I give it thumbs up. Yes is a comedy with a romance that is very cute. To see that young men have hormones that go crazy is more realistic then the drama who make then angels with no feelings. I like the suspense and the detective work to find the culprit. The performance by the actors were great the way they portrait their characters. I have to give a thumbs up to the writer and the directer. It has a strong ending that left me with a satisfied feeling with a finish story. This is better then "american Pie" who exploited women through out the movie and was not funny. My friends and I watch it and it was a fun movie to watch on girls night.

A Strange Affair in Old Korea

A Case of Bachelor Abduction is one of those films that starts with an intriguing idea but doesn’t quite know what to do with it. Set in historical Korea, it follows a group of mischievous male students who become victims of a mysterious woman’s assault. Determined to uncover her identity, they launch a strange investigation full of peeping, spying, and awkward misunderstandings.

At first, it feels like a light mystery with a comedic twist — something bold and different. The period setting is well done, and the costumes and atmosphere give the film some charm. There are a few funny and unpredictable moments that make it mildly entertaining.

But the tone is all over the place. What could have been a sharp or thought-provoking story ends up being an uneven mix of erotic farce and slapstick. The subject matter is handled too lightly, and the characters never grow beyond caricatures. By the end, it’s hard to know whether the film wanted to be a comedy, a mystery, or a social satire.

It’s not boring, but it’s definitely odd. A Case of Bachelor Abduction is a film that tries to be daring but ends up feeling confused — interesting in concept, but lacking depth or direction.
