Dr. DMAT Episode 3

Hibiki yet again asks Hospital Director Katsuichi to allow him to quit DMAT. Rin recovers and joins DMAT. Hibiki gets a visit from Kashiwagi Ryo, a pastry chef who was saved because Hibiki discovers his tongue cancer. Ryo buys an old building to open a new cafe but when inspecting the place his legs gets stick in the elevator's door. Hibiki and Rin are dispatched to the scene, but Hibiki can't perform an amputation surgery for Ryo because he is not a surgeon, and he has to wait for the elevator to be fixed. Later, all of DMAT's members are evacuated from the building because of a fire, leaving Ryo alone. When the fire is put out, Hibiki tries treating Ryo, but Ryo dies. Hibiki, who is devastated by Ryo's death, goes again to Hospital Director Katsuichi to quit DMAT. But after a talk with the Hospital Director Katsuichi, he is able to motivate Hibiki who decides to stay in DMAT and to study to become a surgeon. (Source: kisskh)
