Hibiki starts training in the ER. Brain surgeon Isesaki Kumi starts working in the hospital, and it turns out that she is the daughter of the hospital director, Isesaki Katsuichi. She is forced to enter DMAT because her father only allowed her to work in the hospital under this condition. Kiritani Shinji, an elder retired construction worker, and his wife were going hiking, but they stop first to give Shinji's former subordinate a bento. He entered the demolishing area, where his former subordinate work, but suddenly the building collapses. Shinji is trapped under the rabbles and he can't be transported, Kumi finds out that he suffers from chronic subdural hematoma, which would kill him if they don't operate quickly. His wife, at first, refuses to consent to the operation, but Hibiki is able to convince her. Kumi and Hibiki successfully operate under the building's rabbles and save Shinji. (Source: kisskh)
