Dr. DMAT Episode 5

Hibiki learns that Nurse Chief Hasegawa Kumiko is a single mother, whose husband was a doctor who died in a conflict while providing medical support abroad. DMAT is dispatched to a car accident scene, were a mother and her son are the only survivors. The mother asks Hibiki to treat her son first, but he refuses because she has a better chance of living than her son. Nurse Kumiko tries to resuscitate the child after suffering a cardiac arrest and ignores Hibiki's orders to come and help him treat the mother. The mother is transported first and is saved, but her son and husband died. After the incident, Nurse Kumiko is questioned by the hospital authority for not following Hibiki's orders, she then decides to quit DMAT. Another accident happens and DMAT is dispatched. Nurse Kumiko, after talking to the survived mother, is motivated again, she then goes and joins DMAT at the accident scene. (Source: kisskh)
