Stars Falling from the Sky

First half of dramas have quite similar atmosphere, similar characters, but second half of SFftS is not so good.

Both about big sisters trying to keep their families from getting torn apart. Both fun and heartbreaking.

Both features cute kids! As a matter of fact, the kids are more interesting than the romance.

A desperate and miserable woman falls in love with rude man who is just a miserable human being.

They both deal with kids and family. Stars is better but they both share a similar vibe.

Similarities:
-Main female lead is endearing because she takes care of a troubled family.
-Love triangle between main female lead, main male lead and his brother.
-Poor people do cruel things in order to gain power and wealth, only to be unhappy and realize you can't buy happiness.
-Secrets of birth.
-Enjoyable.

Differences:
-Can You Heat My Heart is a makjang melodrama while Stars Falling from the Sky is a slightly melo romcom. The first is serious and heart wrenching while the second is relatively light hearted and funny. They do well in their own genre, though, so they're both worth the watch!

The drama draws a love story between two co-workers at an insurance company, with Kim Ji Hoon playing the company's smart-as-a-whip lawyer. Because he carries the hurt of having been abandoned by his birth mother, he doesn't easily open his heart to others. Jin Pal Kang is a 25-year-old employee of the company who becomes responsible for her five younger adopted siblings after her parents meet with sudden deaths

this drama are similar and have one young girl who should take care of her young broather

Both have the same premise about the poor girl, whos parents died. The main girls are strong even though they have to deal with lots of problems in their lives. Both fall for the rich (yet a litle bit stuck up) guy. Both dramas are heartwarming, cute, funny and romantic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

In both stories the main girl is a live-in maid.

Both funny and both have people who have to become parents suddenly

on the first side both has tried to hide the kids .
but they grow on their tasks and overcome the fear of society.

Also both are not the parents related to blood but they do everything for raising them in a good way.

Both involve a young woman which's life suddently turns in such a dirrection that she has to take care of few children, which aren't her own. She has to lie about her life and live into a rich man's house. In those dramas the male leads are somewhat agressive towards the female lead as they suspect her honestly loving them (which was the case at the begging).

The main character through live a similar change in the dramas.
And the dramas are about family-cohesion and about murder.

Both have sudden loss of parent and adjustment to new life of poverty which is made worse by an annoying mother/daughter combo. Both have a nice guy and an arrogant guy fall for the main girl and an elderly person who dotes on her.
